Which vaccines should my dog have?

For the health and safety of all our canine visitors, we require proof of immunization for Bordetella, distemper, canine influenza, and rabies.

Are reservations necessary?

To maintain the safety standards of our facility, we make sure we have the appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of all our canine visitors. To assist us in this, we request that clients make reservations for any services they need.

Can I visit the resort for a tour?

We’d be happy to take you on a tour of our pet resort. Feel free to visit during our operating hours.

Is it necessary to bring my dog’s food?

To keep your pet on their regular diet, we recommend bringing their food, labeled and pre-portioned. We also offer Iams Minichunks for a small additional fee. Please note that a special charge may apply for any specific meal preparation requests.

What about bedding—do I need to bring it?

We provide a comfortable raised bed for your pet, so we ask that you leave their bedding at home.

I have multiple dogs, can they stay together?

Our suites are spacious enough for most dog family members to stay comfortably together. However, exceptionally large dogs or those with specific dietary or medication needs may require individual arrangements. Please reach out to us to discuss how we can accommodate your dog’s needs.

About Gambrills, MD

Gambrills refers to two neighboring places in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, located in the Annapolis metro area: the unincorporated community of Gambrills, and the Gambrills census-designated place (CDP). The area was named after Augustine Gambrill, a plantation owner. The CDP covers an expansive range that falls within the communities of Crofton, Waugh Chapel, and Odenton. It also borders Davidsonville, Crownsville, Millersville, and Prince George’s County, Maryland.

The original village of Gambrills was located on Annapolis Road, 2 miles southeast of the center of Odenton. Today, it is an unincorporated, census-designated place. It is the location of Whites Hall Farm, the birthplace and boyhood home of Maryland native Johns Hopkins.

Unincorporated Gambrills has an estimated population of 3,185 as of 2021. In 2022, the population of the CDP was 2,837. Gambrills is known for its abundant parks, including Waugh Chapel State Park and Quiet Waters Park, which feature hiking trails, picnic areas, and other outdoor activities. The area also features two major shopping centers: The Village at Waugh Chapel and Waugh Chapel Towne Centre. These centers offer a wide range of retail stores, dining options, and entertainment venues, making them convenient hubs for both residents and visitors. In addition to the shopping and dining opportunities, the area provides easy access to major highways and public transportation, ensuring seamless connectivity and convenience for everyone.
