Medications will be administered by staff personnel at an additional charge of $2.00 per dose. |

Food from home must be packaged in individual zip-lock bags per feeding. If you prefer, we will supply Iams Minnie Chunks for an extra charge of $.75 per cup. |

All guests must have a copy of current immunization records (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetello) at time of check-in. |
